By purchasing and using this candle, you agree to follow all safety instructions. We are not liable for any damages caused by misuse or failure to follow these guidelines. By purchasing or using any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our candles or purchase any products. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or property loss caused by the use of our candles. By purchasing and using our Products, you agree to the following:

• You assume all risks associated with the use of candles.

• You will not use our Products in a manner that violates local laws or fire safety regulations.

• You agree to keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, and sources of ignition.

• You are solely responsible for proper use, storage, and disposal of the Products.

While our candles are safe when used properly we do not guarantee that our candles are completely safe under all circumstances. Users assume all risk. We provide safety information and warnings on our website and product labels.

All sales are final.

Safety

• Never burn the candle for more than 2 hours at a time.

• Wood-wick must be trimmed and or charcoaled portion broken off and removed from wax after each burn to avoid excessive heat and flame size.

• Don’t burn the candle with more than 3mm of wick above the wax.

• Ensure the cauldron has cooled off before picking up.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Keep candles away from flammable materials, curtains, or paper.

• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

• Do not burn candles near drafts or air vents.

• Never move or touch a burning candle.

• Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

• Do not reuse/refill cauldron.

• Discontinue use if the cauldron shows damage or cracks.
